Each viewer is dealt with personally and professionally and receives a brochure detailing the property’s specifications and unique features.

After negotiations we present the best offer(s) for sign-off, making sure there is plenty of time for due consideration and process. The transaction is then handed over to an approved Conveyancing Attorney.

The first step is to meet the owners and inspect the property. Thereafter, we take care of all marketing and viewings. We also ensure a detailed application is completed by all qualifying applicants.

The landlord receives a full report on the relevant applicant(s), including all supporting documentation and references. Credit reports from the likes of TPN, Experian, and TransUnion are also provided, ensuring the owner receives the fullest possible picture of the applicant(s).

Once a lease has been concluded and signed by both parties, all deposits and rent are paid directly to the landlord.
